This Instant Pot Chicken Gizzards recipe makes juicy, tender meat that is perfectly seasoned. You’ll love how easy it is to cook flavorful chicken gizzards in the pressure cooker.
Prep pressure cooker by pouring in a cup of water. Note that you’ll be over-seasoning the meat, since some of the seasonings end up in the water.
Sprinkle salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder onto gizzards.
Add gizzards to pressure cooker, right in the water. Spread them out so they’re in one even layer at the bottom.
Close lid and seal valve. Press pressure cook button and set to 25 minutes on high pressure.
