Instructions
First prep your potatoes. Wash them and chop into uniform pieces (halves or quarters).
Open up the instant pot and pour in a cup of water.
Next, use a trivet or place the potatoes directly in the water.
Turn the valve to sealing and set to high pressure for 7 minutes.
When cooking time is over, quick release the steam.
Once the pin has dropped, open the instant pot and remove the potatoes with a slotted spoon.
Place potatoes in a mixing bowl with small slices of butter. The heat from the potatoes will melt the butter.
Sprinkle on seasonings and toss potatoes with a spoon to coat in melted butter and seasonings. Now they're ready to serve!

Totally up to you to peel the potatoes or not. It's your preference
Can slice potatoes into quarters or halves depending on the size of the potatoes. If they are particularly small, you may not need to cut them at all
Use a slotted spoon to remove the potato pieces from the instant pot, leaving behind the excess water
Seasonings and butter are optional in this recipe
