This Instant Pot Turkey Wings recipe makes juicy, tender meat that falls off the bone! You’ll love how easy it is to cook turkey wings in the pressure cooker.
Prep pressure cooker by pouring in a cup of water.
Sprinkle salt, pepper, paprika, and garlic powder onto both sides of two large turkey wings. Rub in the seasonings to coat the wings.
Add wings to pressure cooker. Layer on top of one another. Close lid and seal valve. Press pressure cook button and set to 20 minutes on high pressure.
When done, carefully quick release the steam. Then open lid. You can remove the turkey wings with tongs and place on a serving platter or plate.
