Jello
1 package, any flavor
3/4
cup
water
hot, warmed in kettle or microwave

cup
water
cold

mixed fruit
1 can, drained (any kind of fruit except pineapple-can prevent setting)
Instructions
Empty the contents of a packet of Jello mix into a bowl or pan.
Add hot water to the dish. Stir until all the sugar crystals from the Jello have dissolved. This will take about 1-2 minutes of stirring.
Add 1 cup of cold water and stir to mix.
Next add in a can of (drained) fruit cocktail to the bowl. Use a spoon to position fruit pieces into an even layer.
Place dish in fridge for 4 hours or until Jello is set.
Pull out of fridge and enjoy!

Use any flavor of Jello with this recipe
Try any variety of fruit cocktail except for pineapple, which might prevent the Jello from setting properly
Any shape bowl or container would work for this recipe. Plastic or glass
The Jello is set when you can gently tip the container and the Jello stays stationary
