Ingredients

almond flour

Erythritol

baking powder

olive oil

eggs

vanilla

tsp
cinnamon
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 375F. Spray a non-stick mini-donut pan with cooking spray.
In a mixing bowl, mix the eggs, Swerve, olive oil and vanilla. Add the almond flour, baking powder and cinnamon and mix until combined.
Transfer the batter into a pastry piping bag, and use it to squeeze the mixture into the mini-donut pan. The batter should make 12 mini-donuts.
Bake the mini-donuts in the oven for 15 minutes, or until golden-brown.
If desired, sprinkle them with more cinnamon and Swerve on top.
Notes
If using regular-sized donut pan (not mini), double the ingredients and increase baking time to 20 minutes.
