Ingredients
- 1 tsp nonstick cooking spray or use butter
- 15 oz Lemon cake mix
- 3.4 oz Lemon pudding
- 4 eggs
- 3/4 cup vegetable oil
- 1 cup water
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees and prep a bundt pan by spraying the inside with nonstick cooking spray.
- In a bowl, combine lemon cake mix, lemon pudding, 4 eggs, vegetable oil, and water.
- Pour mixture into the greased bundt cake pan. You may need to use a spoon to scoop out any remaining batter from the mixing bowl.
- Place pan in oven and bake for 45 minutes. All oven are different, so you may need to cook your cake for 5-10 additional minutes or until it is set. The cake is ready when a toothpick inserted into the thickest part comes out dry.
- Next allow the cake to cool on the countertop for 30 minutes.
- Once the cake has cooled, flip the cake out of the bundt pan and onto a serving plate.
Notes
- Alternatively, you can prep the bundt pan by rubbing butter on the bottom and sides
- Once you flip the cake over, you may need to shake the pan a bit to get the cake to come out
- You can serve this cake as is, or top with store-bought frosting or a sprinkle of powdered sugar for a fancy presentation
