Instructions
First set the oven to preheat at 350 degrees.
Line two baking sheet with parchment paper so the cookie batter doesn't stick to them.
In a mixing bowl, add two eggs and whisk them up.
Pour in the vegetable oil and mix in with a fork.
Finally, add the lemon cake mix and combine all ingredients using fork or whisk.
Using scoops of about 1/4 cup of batter, lay out 10 cookie dough balls onto baking sheets.
Bake for 15 minutes, then allow them to cool down completely before serving.
