Microwave Nachos
This Microwave Nachos recipe the easiest and quickest way to make nachos! Just added shredded cheese and toppings of your choice. Great for a snack or side dish!

tortilla chips

cheese
shredded

tsp
hot sauce
or to taste
Instructions
Lay out the tortilla chips on a microwave-safe plate.
Sprinkle shredded cheese on top.
Heat in the microwave for 30 seconds. Afterwards, check that cheese has melted completely across the nachos.
If so, pull the dish out of the oven and top with any additional ingredients as you wish. We drizzled on a bit of hot sauce.

Notes
Use any variety of shredded cheese that melts well, like cheddar or Monterey Jack
Sprinkle cheese evenly across the tortilla chips for best results
If, after cooking time, the cheese is fully not melted, cook for another 30 seconds.
Serve as is, or with any additional toppings of your choice like salsa, refried beans, shredded lettuce, or sliced jalapeños
