Microwave Small Potatoes for a super easy side dish. The potatoes cook up fluffy on the inside and perfectly seasoned on the outside. And it's so much quicker than other methods!
Wash your potatoes and add them to a microwave-safe dish. Place cover loosely on top.
Microwave for 10 minutes, then check doneness of potatoes by piercing the largest one with a fork. If they are not tender enough to your liking, then microwave them for a couple more minutes.
If the potatoes are done, remove them from the microwave and add the butter and seasonings. The heat of the potatoes will melt the butter.
Use a spoon to stir the potatoes in the butter and seasonings. Make sure all the potatoes are well coated.
Then serve potatoes in the dish or transfer to a serving bowl.
