Oven Baked Rice

cup
rice
1 1/2
cups
water

salt

Instructions
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees.
Add 1 cup rice and 1 1/2 cups water to an oven-safe bowl. Sprinkle in salt.
Cover bowl with aluminum foil and bake for 30 minutes.
When rice is done, remove from oven and uncover bowl. Fluff with a fork and rice is ready to serve!

You can use this method to make more portions of rice. Double or triple the recipe by keeping the ratio of 1 cup of rice to 1 1/2 cups of water
Add salt to taste. You can also add other seasonings if you would like
