Pineapple Bake Casserole
This Pineapple Bake Casserole is a delightful dessert or side dish! Moist and tender with plenty of pineapple flavor, it's bound to become a new favorite.

Ingredients
- 1 tsp cooking spray or rub with butter
- 4 eggs
- 4 tbsp melted butter use microwave
- 20 oz crushed pineapple 1 can
- 1/2 cup flour
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Prep an 8" x 8" baking dish by spritzing it with nonstick spray on the bottom and sides.
- Crack 4 eggs into a mixing bowl. Whisk them thoroughly.
- Add in the melted butter, crushed pineapple, flour, sugar, and cinnamon. Stir until blended.
- Pour mixture into the baking dish. Heat in the oven for 50 minutes.
- Slice and enjoy!
Notes
- You can prep the casserole dish by spraying it with nonstick spray or rubbing butter on it
- Melt the butter for the batter by heating it in the microwave (20-30 seconds)
- Check doneness by lightly touching the center of the casserole- if it springs back then it is cooked through. You can also insert a toothpick. If it comes out clean, the casserole is ready.
