1/2
tsp
salt
1/4
tsp
pepper
1/2
tsp
garlic powder
1/2
tsp
Italian seasoning
Instructions
Wash red potatoes and slice them into quarters. If they are on the smaller side, you can cut them into halves.
Place potatoes slices into a microwave-safe dish. Add about 2 Tablespoons of butter, sliced into thin pieces. Lay butter all over potatoes in dish.
Then sprinkle salt, pepper, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning on the potatoes.
Place microwave-safe cover on top of dish. Place dish in microwave and heat for 7 minutes.
Check to see if potatoes are done by piercing with a fork. If they are not tender, then heat for another minute or so.
Once potatoes are done, remove dish from microwave. Open lid and use a spoon to stir potatoes around in melted butter and seasonings.
