Instructions
Preheat the oven to 425F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Cut acorn squash in half and scoop out the seeds.
Cut acorn squash into 1-inch wedges.
Toss the acorn squash wedges in olive oil and cinnamon.
Put the acorn squash wedges on a baking sheet in a single layer.
Bake for 30 minutes, or until the acorn squash fries are tender.
