Instructions
Preheat your oven to 425.
Wash potatoes and cut into uniform-sized pieces. Add to a mixing bowl.
Drizzle in 1/2 tsp of olive oil and sprinkle in half of seasoning amounts. Toss potatoes with a spoon to coat in seasonings and oil.
Lay potato pieces out on a parchment paper-lined baking sheet. Space them out so they cook evenly. Bake for 20 mins.
Meanwhile, you'll season the green beans. Typically, they come washed and trimmed already in the package. If not, prep them before seasoning.
Add green beans to mixing bowl. Top with remaining olive oil and seasonings. Toss to coat in ingredients.
Pull potatoes out of oven at the 20 minute mark. Use a spatula to move potatoes around baking sheet. This helps them to cook more evenly.
Add the green beans. Mix potatoes and green beans together and spread into an even layer on baking sheet.
Place cooking sheet back in oven. Bake for 30 mins.
Pull vegetables out of oven and turn off heat. Potatoes and green beans are ready to serve!
