Instructions
Cook the pasta according to package instructions.
While the pasta cooks, heat oil in a large non-stick frying pan over medium-high heat.
Add sausage pieces, mushrooms, and green beans to the pan. Cook, stirring occasionally, for 10 minutes or until the sausage is fully cooked.
Add minced garlic, tomatoes (with juice), salt, and pepper to the pan. Stir and cook for another 3 minutes.
Drain the cooked pasta and return it to the pot. Add ricotta cheese to the pasta, stirring until evenly combined.
