These Sausage Balls With Cream Cheese are so easy to make with just three ingredients! Juicy and full of flavor, you'll love them for a hearty breakfast.
First, soften the cream cheese so that it mixes with the other ingredients. Leave it out on the kitchen counter for an hour or microwave (unwrapped) for 30 seconds to soften it up.
Add ground sausage to a mixing bowl. Pour in Bisquick. Finally, add the softened cream cheese.
Mix with a fork or other kitchen utensil until blended.
Then use your hands to roll mixture into meatballs--about the size of golfballs.
Place meatballs on parchment paper-lined baking sheet.
Bake for 30 minutes or until sausage balls are golden brown and cooked through.
Remove sausage balls from oven and allow to cool before serving.
