Sautéed Arugula
This recipe is a delicious way to enjoy any leftover arugula. Add seasonings and cook up in a skillet for 5 minutes to make yummy, healthy, Sautéed Arugula.

Ingredients

Instructions
Start by heating a nonstick skillet to high heat. Add (pre-washed) arugula and olive oil.
Once the oil starts to sizzle, turn the heat down to medium high and mix arugula in the skillet.
Cook for 4 minutes, stirring every minute.
Now it's time to season. Sprinkle on salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Or use any seasonings you prefer.
Mix up the seasonings and arugula, then remove from heat.
Use spatula to move arugula from the skillet to a serving plate.

If your packaged arugula does not come pre-washed, be sure to rinse it before cooking
This recipe calls for olive oil, but you can use any oil you love for cooking
Keep an eye on the arugula, it cooks fast! If needed, turn the heat down
Arugula is done cooking when it is tender and wilted
