Broccoli
Instructions
Wash and chop the broccoli head into smaller pieces.
Add olive oil to a pan and add the broccoli.
Set on high heat and wait until the oil starts sizzling.
Then stir the broccoli. Reduce heat to medium-low.
Cover with a lid and let cook for 3 minutes undisturbed.
Uncover the lid and stir the broccoli.
Raise heat to medium-high. Continue stirring broccoli every minute for about 5 minutes.
When it is done to your preference, you can taste it to see how it is. Add more seasoning or cook longer if desired.
Transfer to serving plate and let cool slightly before serving.
