Ingredients
1
egg white
1/4
cup
brown sugar
1
tsp
vanilla
2
cups
sesame seeds
Instructions
First, preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
Next, separate the egg white from the yolks. Leave the egg white in the bowl and discard the yolk or save it for another recipe.
Whisk up the egg white. Then add brown sugar and vanilla extract. Stir again to combine.
Pour in the sesame seeds. Mix all the ingredients together.
Use a spoon to drop 12 sesame cookie dough balls onto a parchment-lined baking sheet. Flatten them a bit so they're not too thick.
Bake cookies for 15 minutes, then let them cool on a countertop for 30 minutes so they can solidify.
