Instructions
Cut the chicken into chunks and put it into the bowl of a food processor fitted with a steel blade. Then add the mayo and relish.
Pulse the food processor a few times until the chicken is shredded.
Transfer the chicken salad into a bowl.
Spread some of the chicken mixture onto a slice of bread and then top it with another slice of bread to make a sandwich.
