green onion

sour cream

or minced fresh garlic

Instructions
Start by chopping up a fresh green onion. Chop into small pieces. Set aside.
Add one cup of sour cream to a dip serving bowl.
Sprinkle with seasonings: salt, garlic powder (or fresh, minced garlic), and onion powder. Add in chopped green onion as well.
Use a spoon and stir ingredients until combined into a creamy, delicious onion dip.

While chopping the green onion, you may find it more efficient to slice the middle part (where the green stalks meet) before chopping it up
Keep in mind you can always add more seasonings to taste
Serving this dip with chopped veggies (such as bell peppers or cucumbers) makes a great low-carb appetizer
