chopped (defrosted frozen)

stuffing
box mix

Instructions
Preheat your oven to 350 degrees.
Prep a baking sheet with parchment paper so the spinach balls don't stick while baking.
Add 3 eggs to a mixing bowl and whisk them up.
Add chopped spinach and stir again.
Pour in stuffing mix and melted butter.
Then add parmesan cheese, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, and pepper. Mix ingredients until combined.
Use hands to make spinach balls and lay out on parchment paper-lined baking sheet.
Bake for 20 minutes and allow to cool for 5 minutes before serving.

Defrost the spinach first, before using. Microwave is easiest method
As the breadcrumbs mix with the eggs, the ingredients will become easier to mix together
