Ingredients
- 2 eggs
- 1/3 cup vegetable oil
- 15.25 oz strawberry cake mix boxed
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Prep two baking sheets with parchment paper.
- Crack the two eggs into a mixing bowl.
- Add vegetable oil and stir until combined.
- Pour in the entire box of strawberry cake mix. Stir until mixture is smooth and incorporated.
- Next, drop cookie dough in rounded tablespoons onto parchment paper. Cookie dough batter should make about 10 cookies. Be sure to space them out as they tend to spread during the baking process. Use the spoon to shape the cookie dough into circles before popping the baking sheets into the oven.
- Bake for 15 minutes, then remove from oven.
- Allow cookies to cool for 30 minutes before serving.
