strawberries
frozen

pineapple chunks

plain yogurt
or flavored

Instructions
Add a 1/2 cup each of frozen strawberries, frozen pineapple chunks, yogurt, and water to a blender.
Close up the blender and puree the ingredients for about 10 seconds.
Remove the blender cup from the base and shake it to check for any remaining frozen chunks.
If need be, blend the smoothie for another 5-10 seconds to create the perfect texture.
Open the blender and pour the smoothie into a glass to enjoy!

This recipe calls for equal amounts of all ingredients, so you can easily double or triple the serving if desired
