These Swedish Pancakes are as delicious as they look! Such an easy recipe for golden brown, perfectly cooked Swedish pancakes you can top with butter, jam, or a sprinkle of powdered sugar.
Start by preheating a griddle to 380 degrees (or heating up a frying pan on the stove).
Add a few tablespoons of butter. Once the griddle starts to melt the butter, use a spatula to spread the butter all over the cooking surface.
Crack the three eggs into a mixing bowl. Whisk them up.
Add the milk and whisk again until combined.
Add the sugar and salt, plus the flour. Whisk or stir with fork until batter is smooth.
Using a ladle, pour about 1/4 of a cup of batter onto the left side of the griddle. Do the same on the other side, so you have two pancakes cooking at once.
Cook for about 3 minutes or until bottom of pancake is set and you see bubbles on the top. Flip the pancakes and cook for another minute or until done. The pancakes should be set on both sides, with slight brown marks from the griddle.
Remove pancakes and continue cooking process with the remainder of the batter. This recipe makes about 6-7 pancakes.
