Ingredients
- 2 oz bread 2 slices
- 2 tsps mayonnaise divided
- 2 tomatoes
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/8 tsp pepper
Instructions
- Start by toasting your bread.
- Spread an even layer of mayonnaise on top of the slices.
- Wash and slice your tomatoes. Place slices of tomatoes on top of toast.
- Finally, sprinkle on salt and pepper to taste.
